As the father of Ted Gram-Boarini, a son born with Cerebral Palsy, Jeff has been a steadfast advocate for the disability community. He has a proven record of leadership and unwavering commitment to inclusion and accessibility.

Jeff’s tenure as Co-Chair of the Center for Independent Futures and his role as Chair of Arts of Life were pivotal in strengthening and expanding these essential organizations for individuals with disabilities.

With his deep compassion, proven leadership, and lived experience, Jeff will elevate the voices of the disability community and bring much-needed attention to its needs. His strong sense of fairness and kindness will make him an unwavering advocate for all marginalized communities in Evanston.
